A company born from a simple decision: leave the office behind, follow the sea. Since 2016 we have been sharing the Mediterranean we love with travellers from all over the world, one departure at a time.
From corporate desks to the open sea
The short version: we traded meeting rooms for marinas, and never looked back.
Quest Heroes was founded in 2016 in Port de Alcudia by a group of boating enthusiasts who shared the same quiet frustration: successful careers in large corporations, and a growing feeling that real life was happening somewhere else, out on the water. So we did what most people only daydream about on a Monday morning. We resigned, pooled our savings and our passion for the sea, and started a boating business on the north coast of Mallorca.
The first seasons were humble: a handful of boats, long days at the marina, and a promise we made to every single guest, that a day on the water with us would be the highlight of their holiday. That promise spread faster than any advertising could. Guests came back the following summer, sent their friends, wrote about us, and year after year the fleet grew with them.
Today our fleet counts more than 20 speedboats, covering every kind of sailor: compact self-drive boats that need no license at all, powerful sport boats for experienced skippers, and larger vessels where one of our captains takes the helm while you take in the view. What has never changed is the way we work: a skilled, dynamic team, an honest and simple booking process, and service standards we would describe, without false modesty, as the highest in the bay.
We are still the same sea-obsessed crew who left the corporate world behind, we just have a few more boats now. And we are genuinely excited to welcome you, your family and your friends aboard for an experience you won't forget.

Corporate jobs behind us, Quest Heroes opens its doors in Port de Alcudia with its first small fleet.

Returning visitors and word of mouth push the fleet past ten boats, and the no-license line is born.
Beyond rentals
We launch our guided experiences, taking guests to dolphins at dawn and sunsets off Alcanada.
